As a Night Shift Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our staffing agency's success by identifying, screening, and placing top-tier talent for our corporate clients. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process during our operational hours, ensuring our clients receive the best candidates while maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities
- Conduct evening sourcing and screening of potential candidates via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including posting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates to ensure immediate coverage for client needs.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shift hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others find employment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
