Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sourcing and screening strategies for night shift candidates across multiple industries, including logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare support.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: identifying talent, conducting interviews, assessing skills, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers via phone and video conferencing platforms.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their evolving staffing needs and provide strategic workforce solutions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for successful placements to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously during night shift hours (10:00 PM β 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting strict performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
