Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone and video screenings for applicants during the night shift hours.
- Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Perform background checks, drug screenings, and reference verification.
- Build and maintain a talent pool through networking and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Software (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
