Responsibilities
- Conduct late-night candidate screenings and phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Source and recruit passive candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for our key Nashville-based clients.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates during evening hours.
- Manage the onboarding process for temporary and contract workers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates to ensure high retention rates.
- Analyze market trends in the staffing industry to advise candidates on salary and job opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales.
- Ability to work comfortably during evening hours (2nd or 3rd shift).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred but not required.
