Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, warehousing, and security industries
- Conduct late-night interviews and assessments via video platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with overnight facility managers and HR departments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicants and optimize recruitment pipelines
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for passive night shift candidates
- Collaborate with day shift recruiters to ensure seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with night shift or shift-based staffing
- Proven success in placing candidates in healthcare, logistics, or security roles
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in late-night interviews
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Washington DC's night shift labor market dynamics
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
