Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify and vet qualified candidates for client positions.
- Interview Candidates: Conduct thorough phone and video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage Pipeline: Maintain accurate candidate data and manage the full recruitment lifecycle within our Applicant Tracking System.
- Client Relations: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide timely updates on open roles.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate the scheduling of interviews and facilitate the offer process for successful hires.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks in the San Francisco market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote-first environment.
