Responsibilities
- Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to identify qualified candidates for night shift roles (e.g., Manufacturing, Security, Call Centers).
- Conduct Interviews: Perform phone and video screenings to assess candidate availability, skills, and work history.
- Client Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to understand their night shift requirements and provide staffing solutions.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to ensure our agency remains competitive in the Denver staffing market.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work occasional evenings or weekends to align with client schedules.
- Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
