Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews for a high volume of candidates in various industries.
- ATS Management: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to update candidate statuses, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate databases.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build a pipeline of qualified talent.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify top talent and advise clients on compensation and salary benchmarks.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to local, state, and federal labor laws.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative support.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
