Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens and interviews with potential candidates during evening hours.
- Source and recruit talent using various job boards, social media, and networking strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and client requirements.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
