Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions across various industries.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Perform background checks and verify employment history to ensure compliance.
- Update candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Host virtual and on-site job fairs to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
