Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure systems, servers, and networks during evening and overnight hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues via remote support channels.
- Escalate critical incidents to senior engineering teams with detailed diagnostic logs and documentation.
- Ensure 24/7 uptime and service continuity for enterprise-level clients.
- Conduct nightly security patching, system backups, and routine maintenance checks.
- Manage IT ticket queues, prioritizing urgent requests and resolving standard issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration (3+ years preferred).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with high reliability and attendance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Valid IT certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent) is a significant plus.
