Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to enterprise clients during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage and resolve IT service tickets with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure solutions
- Document all procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift exposure
