Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues during night shifts
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure with 99.9% uptime
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system deployments and upgrades
- Conduct cybersecurity vulnerability scans and remediation tasks
- Train end-users on IT policies and best practices
- Escalate critical incidents to senior engineers with SLA compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization
- Experience with ITIL incident management processes
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently
- Excellent communication skills with clear documentation abilities
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
