Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during peak night hours
- Resolve Tier 2-3 technical issues via ticketing system and remote access
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols
- Document incident reports and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Conduct hardware/software deployments at client sites
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with Windows Server and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and endpoint devices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for on-site visits
