Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and server health during night shifts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Respond to and troubleshoot critical technical incidents and service tickets within established SLAs.
- Conduct routine security audits, vulnerability scans, and patch management.
- Document all system changes, incident reports, and maintenance logs in our CMDB.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
- Perform backups and disaster recovery verification procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Proven experience working in night shift environments or rotating schedules.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check and security clearance process.
