- Process high-volume transactions during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Utilize Salesforce and proprietary software for data management
- Generate daily reconciliation reports for department heads
- Collaborate with offshore teams during crossover periods
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and GDPR protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of data entry experience in regulated industries
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Salesforce
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with zero errors
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
- Experience with EHR systems preferred
