Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global forums
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
