Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI/ML systems for autonomous navigation and data analysis.
- Lead the design of scalable neural network models optimized for edge computing environments.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team in best practices for machine learning and software engineering.
- Collaborate with aerospace engineers to translate complex mission requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical integrity of all AI systems deployed.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models in simulated and real-world scenarios.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in machine learning and AI architecture.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Experience with edge computing, real-time systems, or aerospace-grade software development is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
