Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office equipment and peripherals.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures in the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications
