Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Monitor IT system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with senior staff to resolve complex technical queries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
