Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage ticket queues and resolve escalated customer issues within SLAs
- Deploy and configure new IT assets including workstations and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system maintenance windows
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills across network, security, and application layers
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
