Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify top talent and industry trends in San Antonio.
- Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for open positions using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidate progress and pipeline health.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling positions successfully and meeting placement targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
