Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings using LinkedIn, Indeed, and our ATS
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across healthcare, tech, and logistics sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and placement conversion rates
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to tap into passive talent networks
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job advertisements
Qualifications
- Proven track record in recruitment or sales with commission-based experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport instantly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Strong understanding of Virginia Beach's labor market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with same-day hiring urgency
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
