Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conducting initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential candidates for diverse roles.
- Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates and managing the interview process.
- Managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from requisition to offer.
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and market trends.
- Providing market feedback and candidate insights to optimize hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (entry-level candidates with high drive considered).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
