Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates utilizing advanced sourcing strategies and social media platforms.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Track pipeline metrics and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) daily.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus).
