Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate client needs
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct client consultations to refine job requirements and expectations
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Leverage ATS and social media platforms for strategic candidate outreach

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruitment experience
- 1+ years in high-volume recruitment/staffing
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of Boston's talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Results-driven with track record of 50+ placements/year
