Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for enterprise healthcare applications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on analytics
- Maintain and evolve design system documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B software projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience
