Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (tech, healthcare, finance)
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate-job fit using structured methodologies
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and sourcing
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and job requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from offer to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) for candidate tracking and reporting
- Meet weekly KPIs for submission-to-interview conversion rates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience (corporate or agency)
- Proven track record of placing candidates in competitive Philadelphia market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean searches
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with offer acceptance rates >70%
- Familiarity with compliance requirements (EEOC, ADA, FCRA)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent searches
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (client site visits required)
