Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring environments
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed, niche boards)
- Strong knowledge of Detroit's talent market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
