Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for various industries.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate outreach, and onboarding.
- Negotiating salary and offer packages with selected candidates.
- Managing the recruitment pipeline and maintaining accurate data in the CRM system.
- Attending industry events and networking to expand our client base.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong drive are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
