Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with societal and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and neurotech integration
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and autonomous systems
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on emerging tech policy and regulatory strategy
- Design predictive models for technology adoption and societal impact
- Chair the 'Horizon 2026' innovation summit series
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technology ethicists
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or Complex Systems
- 10+ years experience in emerging technology forecasting at Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on technology's societal impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and advanced neural interfaces
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep understanding of global technology policy and ethical frameworks
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
