Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Identify and commercialize breakthrough opportunities in Web4.0 and neural interfaces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Author forward-looking whitepapers on societal impact of 2026 tech trends
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic innovation or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-dominant sectors (e.g., synthetic biology, decentralized AI)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or paradigm shifts
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized future-tech concepts
