Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and immersive ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional task forces comprising engineers, designers, and domain experts to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact analyses
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies in controlled environments
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-AI collaboration
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, generative AI, spatial computing, or synthetic biology
- Demonstrated success in scaling experimental technologies to commercial viability
- Strong background in technology ethics frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or patents in relevant technological domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
