- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Develop and execute cross-functional technology integration plans for global product ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business growth objectives
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with leading tech startups and research institutions
- Present future technology trends and actionable insights to stakeholders and investors
- Oversee technology risk assessment and future-proofing initiatives across all business units
- Mentor a team of technology strategists to cultivate next-generation innovation capabilities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CTO-equivalent experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Executive-level experience scaling technology operations in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech trends into business strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to diverse stakeholders (technical/non-technical)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with technology specialization
