- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead R&D initiatives in human-computer interfaces and neural augmentation systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological innovation with business objectives
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets across 15+ concurrent projects
- Present strategic briefings to industry consortiums and government advisory boards
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with leading research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record of deploying AI/ML systems at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in IEEE, ACM, or peer-reviewed journals preferred
- Experience with patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
