Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural networks, and biotech convergence
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and market disruption forecasts
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire emerging startups in deep tech
- Architect ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of autonomous systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-backed impact projections
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and IEEE summits on future technology policy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching products generating $100M+ revenue
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or AI ethics
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Studies (WFS) or Technology Foresight
- Portfolio of implemented solutions reducing carbon footprint by >40%
