Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption cycles across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces and immersive experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance compliant with future regulations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact analyses
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on carbon-negative tech and circular economy solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
