Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers to prototype and scale futuristic solutions
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and emerging risks to inform strategic decisions
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions, startups, and government agencies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior talent and foster a culture of radical innovation and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and managing innovation pipelines
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field preferred; MBA from top-tier institution advantageous
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
