- Represent company at global tech forums and policy discussions
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Drive patent portfolio expansion for core IP in neural interfaces
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 10 to 500+ professionals
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on quantum/AI convergence
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Certified in Sustainable Technology Architecture (STA)
