- Technical Vision Casting: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for stakeholders and investors.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends, including quantum computing and advanced neural networks, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of technical leads and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or engineering leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical products.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of current and emerging AI technologies, including machine learning models, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams through periods of rapid growth and technological change.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and identify actionable insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
