We are looking for a problem-solver who is ready to learn and grow within a fast-paced corporate environment. As an entry-level professional, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless technology operations.
Responsibilities
- Tier 1 & 2 Support: Provide exceptional technical assistance via phone and email to resolve hardware and software issues.
- System Management: Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
- User Access: Manage user accounts, permissions, and directory services to ensure secure and efficient access.
- Asset Tracking: Help maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and peripherals.
- Documentation: Create and update technical documentation and incident reports.
- On-Site Support: Perform regular troubleshooting visits to client sites within the Fort Worth area.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Active Directory concepts, and basic networking principles.
- Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic issues logically and independently.
- Availability: Must be available to work a standard full-time schedule and be on-site occasionally.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and professional conduct.
