Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and accounts.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies to ensure optimal availability.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system to maintain a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement software updates and security patches.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform routine system checks to ensure network stability and security compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows 10/11).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Enthusiastic learner with a genuine interest in Information Technology and technology trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
