Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common connectivity problems and application crashes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical procedures and incident reports.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deploy new software updates and security patches.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they affect users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and Active Directory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
