Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision across quantum AI, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and product teams
- Anticipate emerging technology disruptions through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused organizations
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-forward products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech, or neuromorphic AI
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and responsible innovation
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovation initiatives with measurable impact
