Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Utilize ATS platforms to manage pipelines and track recruitment metrics
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Market job openings through targeted sourcing strategies and networking
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer processes
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate setting
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ability to manage high-volume placements while maintaining quality standards
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
