Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Configure, deploy, and manage end-user devices, including laptops, smartphones, and peripherals.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data security compliance and software updates are current.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to implement new technologies and optimize existing workflows.
- Train staff on new software applications and best practices for cybersecurity.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the IT knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer service and communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
