Responsibilities
- Client & Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various databases and social media platforms to identify and contact potential job candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and professional demeanor.
- Computer: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation for client visits.
