Responsibilities
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our client base.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
- Research and identify new business opportunities within the local market.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
