- Client & Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Job Matching: Match qualified candidates with suitable job openings based on skills and experience.
- Administrative Support: Maintain candidate databases and update client job orders accurately.
- Recruitment Marketing: Assist in developing and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Relationship Building: Network with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is preferred but not required for our entry-level program.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
