Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and match qualified candidates with open positions using our proprietary ATS
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct intake interviews with candidates to assess skills and career goals
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all parties
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Participate in weekly training sessions to develop industry expertise
- Support marketing initiatives to attract top talent in the Raleigh market
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn recruitment software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
